I made a checklist out of our posted routine. I print them out each morning and leave it on the dining room table. The kids are really liking it and I'm liking it, too! They can move about their morning routine at their own pace and I don't have to constantly nag them "did you brush your teeth this morning"? Dan has been taking his shower right after breakfast instead of waiting until right before lunch. This is fabulous!
My subscription sent four posts in one e-mail, and I loved reading every one of them. I started with this one. I love the idea of checklists for the routines. I use checklists myself, so this is something I hope my kids will enjoy as well. I absolutely love that Sarah is writing her own stories about Black Kitty, and I love the library and stacks of books. We go weekly and bring home tons of books for all of us. My stacks are sometimes bigger than theirs. So much fun!
ReplyDelete@AngelaIf I do four posts on one day, it sends them all together. We can check out 100 books per account and we've had that many out in the past! I love our library because I can go online, search out the books I want, put them on hold and when they are ready we just go to the hold shelf and check out our books!
