Having no idea Lifestyle of Learning was local to me, and much to my amazement, there was a parent's day out event hosted by Barbie & Marilyn only 45 minutes from where I live that very weekend! I had to know more so I attended the seminar. It was my first exposure to the Lifestyle of Learning message. I was so challenged and convicted that day that I knew the Lord had led me there. I attended another seminar a month later and then started attending the Tuesday night group. In January 2011 the pilot program for the Seven Seasons to LYFE program began on Tuesday nights and we participated as a family.
I need to write a testimony of my own one of these days because I, too, have been transformed in a similar way. (I did! You can see it here). Words cannot express my gratefulness to Marilyn & Barbie for leading me to the Lord.
